BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, January 21, 2003Call to order:

Location: Offices of Miami Management

Sunrise, FL 33323
Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were: Tammy Melton, Leanne Valdes, and Money (Santos) Asencio.
Board members absent were: Gregg Stroud and Scott Whitten.
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Approval of minutes:
The minutes of the November 19, 2002 board meeting were approved with one grammatical correction.
Discussion:

Manager to have Post Office inspect rusting mailbox cluster stands.

Blue Firebird in run down condition on NW 129th Ave. still there.

Performance of Janitor. Board wants credit for month of December due to lack of performance.

Rat traps still out behind 1352 NW 129th Way.

Manager to send updated DLQ to Money.

Light out in front of 1469 NW 129th Way. Tammy and Money to check it out and advise Manager whether to contact electrician or FPL.

Manager to contact street sweeping company to proceed with contract.

Possible sidewalk cleaning to be performed by Atlantic Pressure cleaning the second week in November.

Master Association update given by Diana Pitts. City council meeting regarding easement issue on January 28, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Annual election meeting on January 20, 2003.

Missing hedges around transformer box at 1444 NW 129th Way. Manager to inquire who repairs water main.
Violations:
Money submitted violation catalogue with additions and deletions.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, February 18th, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.
