BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, July 15, 2003
Call to order:
By: Gregg Stroud, President
Time: 7:15 p.m.
Location: Offices of Miami Management
1145 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy.
Sunrise, FL 33323
Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were: Gregg Stroud, Money (Santos) Asencio, and Leanne Valdes.
Board members absent were: Tammy Melton & Scott Whitten.
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Approval of minutes:
The minutes of the June 17, 2003 board meeting were approved as submitted.
Discussion:
- Manager to contact Officer McCahn regarding blue Firebird and black truck.
- Manager to include parking, street sweeping schedule, tree trimming, hurricane shutters, bulk pick-up dates, watering of lawns, etc. in the next newsletter.
- Manager to request janitorial credit for the month of July.
- Manager to contact Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance and get a schedule for the street sweeping through December.
- Manager to send letter to home on 129th Way requesting that legal fees be paid promptly or late fees will be assessed to account.
Violations:
Money submitted catalogue with additions and deletions.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, Aug. 19th, 2003 at 7 p.m.
