Determination of Quorum:
Board member present was: Scott Whitten.
Board members absent were: Gregg Stroud, Tammy Melton, Manny Jimenez, and Leanne Paynter.
As of 7:40 pm, a quorum of the Board was not present, therefore, the meeting could not be held.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Homeowner Diana Pitts was present.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, Feb. 17th, 2004 at 7 p.m.
