BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, February 17, 2004
Call to order:

Time: 7:10 p.m.
Location: Offices of Miami Management

Sunrise, FL 33323
Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were: Gregg Stroud, Leanne Paynter and Manny Jimenez.
Board members absent were: Tammy Melton and Scott Whitten.
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Approval of minutes:
The minutes of the January 20, 2004 board meeting were approved as submitted.
Discussion:
- Reviewed violation catalogue submitted by Gregg Stroud.
- Reviewed Newsletter.
- Manager to instruct janitor to paint sprinkler pipes green.
- Manager to deliver completed January financials to Treasurer Manny Jimenez upon completion.
- Manager to order STOP sign.
- Manager to look into repair of sidewalks at entranceways.
Open Forum:
Diana Pitts from the Master Association presented a brochure from Allstate Lake Maintenance for review.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, March 16th, 2004 at 7 p.m.
