Call to order:

Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were: Gregg Stroud, Scott Whitten, Leanne Paynter, Tammy Melton and Manny Jimenez.
Board members absent were: None
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Motions:
Motion to approve the May 18, 2004 Board meeting minutes with an address correction.

Discussion:
Manager to…
- drop off copy of complete financial for May to Treasurer Manny Jimenez.
- inquire whether Foxtail Palms are included in the Manila Palm group.
- get proposal for paver repairs at entranceways.
- have assistant request warranty deeds for new homeowners who submitted proxies but were not yet listed on Association roster as current owner of record.
Violations:
Manager reviewed catalogue with Board of Directors. Additions to be added upon verification of addresses.
