BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, July 20, 2004
Call to order:
By: Gregg Stroud, President
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Offices of Miami Management
1145 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy.
Sunrise, FL 33323
Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were:
Gregg Stroud and Manny Jimenez.
Board members absent were:
Scott Whitten, Leanne Paynter, and Tammy Melton.
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was not present therefore a meeting could not be conducted.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli
Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Discussion:
- Installation of permanent flag poles.
- Newsletter to include debris being thrown into drainage system.
- Manager to contact Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance regarding last street sweeping.
- Entrances to be mulched when Master Association begins mulching of community next week. Will bill The Pointe separately.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, Aug. 17th, 2004 at 7 p.m.
