Call to order:

Location:  Offices of Miami Management
              1145 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy.
              Sunrise, FL  33323

Determination of Quorum:
Board members present were: Gregg Stroud, Scott Whitten and Leanne Paynter.
Board member(s) absent were: Tammy Melton and Manny Jimenez.
The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.
Representing Miami Management: LeeAnn Mattioli

Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.

Open Forum:
Update regarding condition of 1372 NW 129th Terrace.

Motion to approve the November 11, 2004 Budget and Board meeting minutes.

Manager to…

• contact City of Sunrise code enforcement for an update on City issued citations to 1372 NW 129th Terrace.
• contact h/o at 1450 NW 129th Ave. regarding house color.
• inquire about rotorcraft city ordinances.
• email Board regarding meeting every other month as opposed to monthly.

Next meeting will be Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at 7 p.m.
