The Chairperson announced that a quorum was present.

Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice:
Notice was posted on the property at least 48 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Florida Statutes.

Motions:
Motion to waive the reading and approve the March 29, 2006 Board meeting minutes as submitted.

Motion to accept MMI landscape replacement proposal as submitted pending confirmation of irrigation repairs and operation.

Discussion:
- Manager to send final notice to homeowners with roof damage stating 20 days or file to be turned over to the attorney.
- Manager to review insurance policy regarding coverage for entrance walls.
- Manager to send new rental package to 1403 Way and discuss eviction issues with Master Association.
- Manager to meet Board members on Friday, 5/19/06 for walk through of community.
- Manager to include new tree replacement options on June’s agenda.
- Manager to mail out Annual Meeting Notice for June 20, 2006 meeting.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 7 p.m.
