Maintain your roofs, driveways, landscaping and lots regularly.

Homeowners who have an FPL green box in the front yard must keep any plants around them trimmed.

Drive carefully in the neighborhood (10 M.P.H.).

Motorized go-carts and mopeds are prohibited on the streets of all subdivisions in the Residences of Sawgrass Mills.
- During rainy season, please check out your yard for any standing water, (in flower pots or other containers) and drain them. Mosquitoes are attracted to standing water.
