The Pointe Homeowners Association

The Pointe is a community of 119 single-family homes located within the Residences of Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida (Broward County).  This web site was created at no cost to the association and is maintained as an additional way to keep neighbors informed of our HOA’s matters and create more of a community feeling.  Please keep in mind that this site is not meant to replace our bulletin board located by our main entrance since not everyone has access to the Internet.

MONTHLY MEETINGS

All homeowners at The Pointe are welcome to attend our board meetings which take place on the third Tuesday of every other month at 7:00 PM (unless otherwise scheduled) at the Broward office of Miami Management.  Please plan to attend whenever possible and bring your ideas.  Become involved!
