Architectural Changes
Please submit an ACC (Architectural Control Committee) change form to the ACC with any changes BEFORE any changes are started anywhere on the exterior of your home. You can obtain the ACC form from Miami Management. Please present a dry paint sample to the ACC before painting your home. This will ensure that the color mixed is correct. It must match the approved color or you may be required to repaint. If you don’t have a copy of the ACC Guidelines, please contact Miami Management to obtain one.Miami Management, Inc.
