Parking at The Pointe
-
NO permanent parking on our streets – no exceptions!
-
NO parking where there is a double yellow line (on the curves). When a vehicle is parked at those locations, drivers are forced to change to the oncoming lane, which could cause an accident.
-
NO parking two vehicles opposite each other on any of the roads. Please “stagger” park in order to leave room for emergency vehicles. Remember, the emergency vehicles could be coming to your home!
-
NO commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked on the streets overnight. Park them in your garage.
-
NO parking vehicles up on the sidewalks.
Everyone in our community has a 2-car garage and a driveway that can park two additional vehicles. Please make your visitors aware of the above rules.
Homeowners who do not comply with these rules are subjected to receiving a violation letter, getting violation stickers on vehicle window, and ultimately having vehicles towed at the owner’s expense. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Streets and Sidewalks at The Pointe
Please keep your sidewalks and streets clean. The berries from the carrotwood trees tend to clog our gutters during the rainy season, eventually making it necessary for the board to spend money to hire a company to clean them out so that they work properly and prevent flooding. Please sweep your sidewalk & street regularly. You or your lawn service should be picking up or blowing or sweeping the grass cuttings & leaves back into your yard, not down the street.
Any tree branches that are hanging over the sidewalk should be kept trimmed up to the 7 feet minimum.
