The Pointe HOA Meeting Rescheduled

Maintenance Fees for The Pointe at Residences of Sawgrass Mills
Your monthly assessments are due on the first of each month. Please pay in a timely manner. If you are new to the neighborhood and don’t have the current year’s maintenance fee coupons for The Pointe Association ($22.00) and Residences of Sawgrass Mills Master Association ($78.00), please call Miami Management.

Community Reminders

Keep your pets on a leash and pick up after them.

Place trash out in a proper receptacle to deter the spread of debris by animals.

Store recycling bins and trash cans out of view on non-scheduled pick up days.

Maintain your roofs, driveways, landscaping and lots regularly.

Homeowners who have an FPL green box in the front yard must keep any plants around them trimmed.

Drive carefully in the neighborhood (10 M.P.H.).

Motorized go-carts and mopeds are prohibited on the streets of all subdivisions in the Residences of Sawgrass Mills.
- During rainy season, please check out your yard for any standing water, (in flower pots or other containers) and drain them. Mosquitoes are attracted to standing water.
